REFUND POLICY:
Refunds will be issued less $10.00 cancellation fee up to May 1, 2012.
According to Mansfield Reformatory rules, NO REFUNDS CAN BE ISSUED AFTER MAY 1, 2012.

After ticket purchase, you will receive two Release Form via email. One is for Ohio State Reformatory and other is for Haunted Travels Experience. Please complete both forms and fax or mail (see below). All Release Forms must be received no later than June 1, 2011.
